Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.

Regular Parcel (economical, no guaranteed delivery date)
Expedited Parcel (faster delivery with tracking)
Xpresspost (guaranteed delivery date with optional signature)

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email notification with your Canada Post tracking number once your order ships. Track your parcel at Canada Post.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email info@trophyroomgames.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with filing a Canada Post claim and, if approved, ship a replacement or issue a refund.
