Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, resalable sealed products if:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Original packaging and seals are intact.
Opened, handled, or non-resalable items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Loose cards once opened or handled
- Opened mystery or “blind” boxes
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked at checkout)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Send your order number and reason for return to info@trophyroomgames.ca.
- Get Your RA: We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship It Back:
Pack securely with a copy of the packing slip and your RA number.
Ship via Canada Post (tracked service recommended). - Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the items. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer Pays: Return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges: Return shipping still applies; we’ll send your replacement free of charge.
Refunds
- Processed to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
- Allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
